Política de Cancelación

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS AND CONDITIONS"). YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE TERMS OF USE, OF WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY WAY OF REFERENCE, IS AN ABSOLUTE CONDITION OF YOUR PURCHASE FROM THE BLIEVE.AI WEBSITE ("SITE") AND FORMS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND 123RF PTE. LTD. ("123RF"). 123RF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGES.

If you are purchasing on behalf of your employer, entity or organisation, you hereby represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of such employer, entity or organisation and have full authority to bind such employer, entity or organisation to these Terms and Conditions.

Monthly Subscription Plan

Upon purchase, you are entitled to utilise the subscription within one (1) month from your subscription activation date.

Your subscription shall automatically renew for a further period of one (1) month upon the expiry of the current month. You may cancel the automatic renewal anytime by contacting our Customer Support at info@blieve.ai. Upon canceling automatic renewal, your subscription shall continue and terminate at the end of the current month of subscription. For clarity purposes, your designated payment method shall be charged on the actual date of renewal.

Should you terminate your account with us during the subscription, you forfeit all unused allocation upon termination.

Should you request a cancellation and refund of the current subscription:

  1. Within three (3) business days of such purchase or automatically renewed purchase and you have not generated any content, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price;
  2. After three (3) business days of your purchase and you have not generated any content, you shall be charged a cancellation fee amounting to fifty percent (50%) of your purchase price; or
  3. If you have partially utilised your purchase to generate any content, a price adjustment will be charged based on your utilisation.

Should you choose to upgrade your existing monthly subscription plan, the new plan will be automatically activated, and any unused portion of your current subscription plan will be rolled over to the upgraded plan.

Should you choose to downgrade your plan, the downgrade will take effect only in the following month, upon the expiration of the current subscription period.

Yearly Subscription Plan

Upon purchase, you are entitled to utilise the subscription within one (1) year from your subscription activation date.

Upon canceling automatic renewal, your subscription shall continue and terminate at the end of the current year of subscription. Throughout the twelve (12) months of your subscription, you shall not be entitled to a refund of the subscription. Should you request a cancellation of your subscription within the twelve (12) months of your subscription regardless of whether you have generated or not generated any content, 123RF reserves the right to impose a price adjustment charge as a penalty. The price adjustment charge shall be equivalent to the savings you have received thus far with the discounted rate offered through this subscription as compared to the standard monthly subscription plan.

Should you choose to upgrade your existing yearly subscription plan, the new plan will be automatically activated, and any unused portion of your current subscription plan will be rolled over to the upgraded plan.

Other Terms and Conditions

You hereby authorise us to charge your payment method for your purchase and automatically charge your payment method for each successive payment until expiry, termination or cancellation of your subscription, where applicable. You further authorize us to charge and/or adjust the applicable charges, duties and/or taxes applicable to your purchase and subsequent automatic renewals, as and when deemed necessary, including but not limited to during the term of your subscription. Should your chosen payment method be rendered unavailable and/or cannot be charged, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject your purchase, cancel the automatic renewal and/or terminate your subscription. 123RF reserves the right to change your subscription's rate at each renewal period and you shall be notified of any such change with the option to cancel.

123RF reserves the right to charge you the then-current rate (which may not be the same rate as what you may have purchased prior) for new or additional purchases should (i) you exceed the allocation of your existing purchases; or (ii) your purchase has been canceled and/or terminated.

123RF endeavours to comply with the laws and regulations that would be applicable to your purchase and to tend to your needs and requests. Notwithstanding anything provided hereinabove, 123RF reserves the right to attend to, and review the circumstances of each matter applicable to your purchase on a case-to-case basis.
